外贸专员 BUSINESS EXECTIVE招聘 - 马来西亚欧倍德亚太有限公司苏州代表处

1, 根据公司询盘/订单挑选工厂，安排物流；
2，订仓，跟踪发货，与客户积极沟通；
3，每周更新产品价目表，促成其他国家业务团队的销售；
4，参与市场调查和评估信息，以确定潜在的销售增长领域；
5. 负责与供应商建立长期的合作关系。维护公司及产品的良好形象
6. 与销售和业务部门一起制定业务计划，以实现公司的收入目标。
要求：
1. 2-3年工作经验，有采购、化工进出口、物流经验者优先。
2. 自我激励，有活力，有结果导向，有很强的团队合作精神。
3. 个性成熟，自信，能在*少的监督下独立工作。
4. 具有良好的中英文读写能力。


Responsibilities:

1， Sourcing right factories according to company’s inquire and orders, arranging logistics;
2， Booking, following cargos and customer services actively;
3, Update product list per week, secure orders with the other entities.
4. Involve in market research and reviewing information to identify areas of potential sales growth
5. Responsible to develop long lasting relationship with suppliers. Upholding the good image of the company and its products
6. Work with sales and business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.


Requirements:
Min. 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in purchase, chemical imports / exports, logistics etc.
A self-motivator, dynamic, result oriented, and a great team player.
Matured personality , self confident and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to speak and write English & Chinese.
